Residents within the View Park, Windsor Hills space might have felt some early morning trembling. A 2.8 magnitude earthquake struck Windsor Hills at 8:19 a.m. Tuesday.
This comes 5 days after a 1.5 earthquake rattled the Windsor Hills space. No harm was reported in both quake.
