Three arrested in mischief investigation in relation to protest at Yonge and Eglinton

Toronto police have charged three folks in a mischief investigation stemming from a protest that occurred within the Yonge Road and Eglinton Avenue West in January.

Investigators allege on Jan. 31, a number of folks unlawfully gained entry to a personal enterprise within the Yonge and Eglinton Space.

The accused alleged protested contained in the enterprise and obstructed the operation of the enterprise and failed to depart when directed.

On April 13, Helene Furlotte-Boise, 37, of Toronto was arrested and is going through 5 costs together with forcible entry, mischief to property and member of an illegal meeting.

Two days later, on April 15, Anna Lippman, 33, and Desmond Cole, 41, each of Toronto, give up to police. Lippman is going through a number of costs together with forcible entry, mischief to property and member of an illegal meeting.

Cole has been charged with mischief to property, member of an illegal meeting and fail to depart premises when directed.

They’re anticipated to seem in courtroom in Might.
